  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are not applicable once the application has been filed with the relevant government authority.
  • Government fees, if already paid on your behalf, are non-refundable.

  • Service delays caused by government processing timelines beyond our control
  • Rejection of application due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Change of mind after the application process has commenced
